About me
Hello I'm Kurt, nice to meet you!
I'm a graduate from San José State University's BFA Graphic Design Program. I hope to further build my design skills and experiences by learning through mentors, new technologies, challenging projects, and most importantly enjoy learning new skills as part of my creative adventure. I believe in using the power of research, psychology, human-centered design principles, and the expert detail of visual craft to create an amazing product. What I like most about design is the power of creativity, while it being a mix of software, arts, psychology, research, technology, and combining multiple layers of knowledge in order to create a stunning solution for a product. I love technology and having the opportunity to push innovative ideas through the design process. My goal is to gain more opportunities to learn from professionals in the field by working on projects that focus on UI/UX, Interaction, Visual Design, and User Research. I aspire to be a Product Designer that creates stunning and delightful user experiences.
Outside my duties as a designer, I enjoy playing badminton in my leisure time. I also love diving into tech blogs, video games, movies, reading graphic novels with great storytelling. I love photography and like to take pictures is inspiring new places during my travels.
